Job Description
SkyLink Communications Ltd. is seeking a remote Online Telecom Support Specialist to assist customers with
connectivity, VoIP activation, troubleshooting, and general service inquiries. This role involves real-time
communication through chat and email, identifying issues, and providing solutions or escalation when necessary.
Responsibilities
- Provide remote support for VoIP, SIM activation, and broadband setup
- Diagnose telecom service issues through chat and ticketing systems
- Monitor service dashboards and respond to alerts
- Escalate unresolved issues to technical engineering teams
- Document cases and maintain accurate support logs
Qualifications
- 1–2 years experience in telecom support or customer service
- Basic knowledge of VoIP, mobile networks, or broadband systems
- Strong written communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with CRM/ticket systems preferred
