Job Description

SkyLink Communications Ltd. is seeking a remote Online Telecom Support Specialist to assist customers with connectivity, VoIP activation, troubleshooting, and general service inquiries. This role involves real-time communication through chat and email, identifying issues, and providing solutions or escalation when necessary.

Responsibilities

  • Provide remote support for VoIP, SIM activation, and broadband setup
  • Diagnose telecom service issues through chat and ticketing systems
  • Monitor service dashboards and respond to alerts
  • Escalate unresolved issues to technical engineering teams
  • Document cases and maintain accurate support logs

Qualifications

  • 1–2 years experience in telecom support or customer service
